Our Story
Good People. Better Coffee. Right Here.
Humble Coffee began with a simple idea: great coffee should bring people together. Since opening our doors in 2014 in the heart of Colorado Springs, we’ve been committed to creating more than just a quick stop for caffeine, we’ve built a place rooted in connection, community, and care.
From the very beginning, our focus has been people. Whether it’s the early morning regular, the afternoon pick-me-up, or the familiar face in the drive-thru, every interaction matters. We believe that a friendly smile, a familiar name, and a consistently great cup of coffee can turn a routine moment into something meaningful.
We’re passionate about what we serve. Our coffee is locally roasted, thoughtfully sourced, and crafted with care, because quality should never be compromised. At the same time, we’re committed to doing good, choosing sustainable practices and partnering with local businesses and organizations to support the community we call home.
At the end of the day, Humble Coffee is exactly what our name suggests. We’re here to serve, to connect, and to be a small but meaningful part of your daily rhythm.

Message from the Owner
When we started, the goal was simple. Create something that felt welcoming. A place where you can pull up, take a breath, and know you’re getting something made with care. Not just good coffee, but a good experience.
We take a lot of pride in what we serve. From the way we source and roast to how every drink is made, we want it to be something you can count on every time. But more than that, we want you to feel taken care of. That matters just as much as what’s in the cup.
As we look ahead, we’re focused on growing the right way. Staying connected to our community, supporting the people around us, and continuing to build something that feels real. Not bigger for the sake of being bigger, but better in the ways that actually matter.
If you’ve ever stopped by, supported us, or shared us with someone else, thank you. It means more than you probably realize.
We’re really glad you’re here.
