At Humble Coffee, we are committed to providing a high-quality, welcoming experience with every visit. If something isn’t right with your order, we genuinely want to make it right. Because our drinks and food are made fresh, we encourage customers to let us know about any issues during their visit or shortly after. In most cases, we are happy to remake your item, offer a replacement, or provide a refund at our discretion. Our goal is to handle every situation with kindness, fairness, and a people-first mindset that reflects who we are as a brand.
For online, mobile, or retail purchases, we ask that concerns be reported as soon as possible so we can resolve them effectively. Unopened retail items may be returned within a reasonable timeframe with proof of purchase, and we are happy to address any quality concerns with our coffee products.
While we may not be able to accommodate refunds for items that are mostly consumed or reported long after purchase, we will always do our best to find a reasonable solution.
